From the creator of Fate/ Stay Night and Shingetsugam Tsukihime (Lunar Legend Tsukihime) comes CANAAN, a new anime just released yesterday(July 6, 2009). Conceptualized by Type-Moon co-founders Kinoko Nasu(Shingetsugam Tsukihime)and Takashi Takeuchi, based on the scenario that they created for the Nintendo Wii visual noval, 428: Fustareta Shibuya De, which is noted for being one of the few games to be have been awarded a perfect score by games publication Famisu. Since only the 1st episode is released, I can only say that it tells about a fugitive superhuman soldier named Canaan, who looks like a mix of Shiki Ryougi, (Kara no Kyoukai) Arcueid Brunestud, (Shingetsugan Tsukihime) and Faith. (Mirror's Edge) As she hides from the company after her for her powers. I know it sounds simple, but the animation is so flawless it can be mistaken for an OVA, seriously, watch this if you're a Fate/ Stay Night or Tsukhime fan, since Nasu's involved with this project, you'll get that Nasu feel to the story, this is also recommended for people who like hardcore action movies or anime.
